WATCH: Numerous studies, including a Public Health England survey and a study by Kinsey Institute, state that lesbian couples orgasm at least 10 per cent more compared to heterosexual couples. According to a report from The Guardian on Monday, several studies have shown lesbians, in fact, do have better sex than straight women. One report from the Journal of Sexual Medicine found 75 per cent of lesbians had orgasms during sex, compared to 61 per cent of heterosexual women, the site notes.
By Bailey Vogt on April 30, Research has found that a large number of people have had same-sex experiences, but still identify as heterosexual. The Archives of Sexual Behavior found that almost one in eight men and one in four women have had sexual encounters with partners of their own gender, but do not identify as gay or bisexual. The results come after research was conducted on over 24, undergraduate students.

Researchers from Chapman University, Indiana University and the Kinsey Institute studied over 52, Americans of different genders and sexual orientations to look into how orgasm frequency varies. The next group most likely to orgasm were gay men 89 per cent followed by bisexual men 88 per cent. Disappointingly for women of all sexual orientations, all three male demographics came above the female groups.
As a kid, I'd always had boyfriends here and there. I'd sometimes thought I might like girls but never gave it that much consideration until I was 17 and fooled around with a woman. It definitely wasn't great because we didn't know what we were doing, so it was more like us just touching boobs and making out, but it was still cool.
There's no shame in watching porn, right? Seriously, lots of women do it. Surprising, right? But the data suggests that a lot of straight women are clicking into it, too.
Sometimes they contradict each other. For example, when it comes to women, there's the porn trope that women, even straight women, are always down to hook up with each other, like when they're bored and there's no man around. Then there's the kind of opposite assumption that any woman who identifies as straight has never been attracted to or hooked up with a woman.
